The word count today is 21,671! Just that and a word about details, Nano Writer! They say the Devil is in the details but I say it's where the story comes alive. Add a dash of detail and your bland becomes grand! Your character might drive a red car but if he gets behind the wheel of a 2005 Black Cherry RX-8 Mazda, he'll be going places. And as a bonus, you'll reap a bit of plot or characterization as well as a handful of extra words for your count.

It's been a while since I've last commented on one of your posts... *headdesks* But life has been shitty. Really shitty actually. And I'm afraid it won't get any better soon. *sighs*
But, shitty life means lots of writing. Because I write off all my emotions. (Read: word count = 57025 ... OMG, that is the first time ever I manage to get my word count before the month is halfway... o_O)
I write what I feel. That also means , if life stays like this, my MC will not get the happy end I promised her...

I'm so sorry to hear that RL has been so crappy :( but you should be very proud of what you've accomplished! Not only have you crossed the NNWM 50k finish line, you did it while fighting your own dragons.

I hope that things get better and that you'll finish your story in the way that feels right. But in the meantime, take care of yourself and know that we're all very proud of your accomplishment! Take a bow! This badge is for you! *cheers madly and throws confetti*
