Halfway There!
Let's do a halfway roundup!
In the comments, let's discuss:

Goal Word Count: 50,000 (or more if I finish early)
How you're feeling so far: I'm feeling ok! The writing has been really smooth, but I'm finding myself going into depth on a lot of things I hadn't anticipated. Instead of the full 10 months of workbook and essays, I think I'll have 50,000 words for the first 5 months.
What's changed in your project: The length! I also spent quite a bit of time reformatting and rewriting the outline, as I realized I wanted to go deeper and have more flow than do standalone lessons.
Anything else: Thank you all so much for your support! Sometimes I feel like an over-poster, but it just feels really nice to have community here. And all of your suggestions when I posted about writing in distress were suuuuuuuper helpful. I also am realizing that when I set aside the time, I am truly capable of producing so much good work relatively quickly. TBH this was probably because of the prep work I did for the grimoire.
Nano?
Goal word count (Standard Nano) 50,000
Current word count: Done.
How I'm feeling? Frustrated that the finished level word count is all short stories, not a novel as such.
What's changed? More ideas for the story arc.
Anything else? I like reading fic in tea-break lengths. That's one reason why I haven't been able to string together 50K in the same story arc into an actual novel draft.

Goal Word Count: 50k, stretch goal is 65k
How you're feeling so far: Stunned that I'm this far ahead. Just STUNNED.
What's changed in your project: I keep adding people! I have these propmts, and then all of a sudden, I have something else happening, and there are still the prompts I want to use, but there's this side thing that works really well, and.... it's pure chaos. It's amazing and I love it. I haven't written anything this chaotic in years.
Anything else: I have a write-a-thon tomorrow, 9-4 of pure writing. If things keep going the way they have been, I will beat last year's word count (which I can't remember). I'm going to hit 50k by the end of next week, and... I'm a little worried.

Goal Word Count: 50k between projects
How you're feeling so far: Good; but struggling with balancing writelife and travelife
What's changed in your project: It's better than I anticipated (really odd for me)
Anything else: Just keep getting the words down. Don't worry if you're behind. The important thing is that you're writing.

I needed to hear your "anything else" - thank you.

Current Word Count: 50283
Goal Word Count: 50000
How you're feeling so far: Happy and relieved as there were times that I didn't think the story would get anywhere near 50k in length, let alone just past it!
What's changed in your project: I think it stayed pretty much as I'd planned it, though the place where it ended was slightly different.
Anything else: Congratulations to those who have hit the target, and good luck to those who are still writing!
And remember: Even if you don't reach the target by 30th November you've still written more than you had on 1st November, which is a reason to be just as proud :)
