I've discovered that no matter how much I may want characters to do certain things, it may not always be possible in the end. The story has to change for the characters, not the other way around. Best cure for writer's block ever is... A bit of alcohol. It loosens me up. ^^ Also, descriptions, descriptions, description. I love the deadline about Nanowrimo and I have had to break the habit of editing as I go. That's the hardest part!
