As of last night, my start-of-day deficit is back down to 6,400 from 8k a couple of days ago. Which is less than 1,667 extra a day!
Unfortunately, my hands and chest are all playing up from too much time spent hunched over a keyboard, so I reckon I need to finish today or tomorrow if possible and then stay away from the computer during my time off work.
