Hit by a car, eh? The situation does suggest a lot of potential conflict (internal as well as external) and you have a lot of ideas but no time... hmmm. If you can manage it, a lot of people try to squeeze in ten minutes of writing by getting up a little earlier in the morning (or staying up a little later at night). And then there's lunchtime or commute time writing, if that's something you can do. The thing is that little pockets of time can really add up to a whole lot of words over the week. Even a sentence scribbled on the back of an envelope can be ten more words for the count.
