I plot the big outlines of my story, but other than that .. I just see where inspiration leads me ... :-)
Speaking of sudden turns in the story ... My MC just told me "I'm afraid to die, now I once again know what it is like to live..." And I really don't know where she's getting that from. *headdesks*
