Ah - the inner editor, the in-house critic, the little troll that sits on one's shoulder and whispers words that feed our raging insecurities as writers: terrible, bad, stupid, boring... It's often hard to ignore but ignore it we must because the really important thing you are doing right now is writing out the rough version of your story which most assuredly includes all of the awkward and unpolished stuff that you'll rework and polish later, to make the story shine. But for now, send the troll out on a snipe hunt and write!write!write!

Today's word count is 14,516! Questions? Comments? Snipe sightings to pass along to our inner critics? It's all good! Keep writing!

*shivers* Yup, the inner editor. I can't seem to stop going over what I have writen already and start correcting and ... *shakes head* I really should stop doing that, shouldn't I? *nods* Yeah, I should.

Right .. I took time to make a little chat with my MC yesterday and apperantly, she wants to go on a trip to Paris. *shrugs* Well, off we go ...
I also had a nice chat with someone called 'unexpected events' ... XD

Right, troll, of you go, go snipe hunting! I'm going to write. :D

Today was fun! My characters got started on their road trip, got attacked by monsters (for the record, that's not entirely out of the ordinary in this universe!) and then had an interesting revelation about an ally of sorts. I'm pretty happy with this section, so I might go over it sometime tomorrow and throw it up as my excerpt on the official site, we'll see.
