This is the beginning of our last week, Nano Writers! Are things building to a crisis for your main character? Does your antagonist still have the upper hand? This is the week that things should really start to move in your story as events build to an exciting, edge-of-your-seat climax…

I think I might make it.
Word Wars and the This or That Challenge are really helping me get back on track with writing. :p
And my training's partner is going to read what I have written up 'till now and give me his opinion and some advice. ^^ I hope he'll tell me this evening. :p

There is no think you can, there is only can do! You can do it!

You're certainly a braver person than I in that I would never think of letting my beta reader read the first draft - it has to go through one or two revisions before I let the story out into the wild so to speak. But if your partner's advice helps you get your story done...

I'm hearing Master Yoda. :p

Well, I've warned him that it is the first draft and that it will need lots of editing. But he often helps me get a story back on the rails, so I hope he will be able to help me once again. :-)

After getting hit with a wall of exposition a couple of days ago, my MC is starting to realise that there are even more things going on in the background. >D Her partner's keeping some sort of secret from her, but considering how flinchy ze used to be at the start (not to mention how badly he backslid when she asked), she doesn't want to push too hard. Hopefully that'll be enough set up for that bit for the eventual time ze does tell her. I honestly have no idea how she's going to react to that bombshell, but I do think that reveal will happen before the end of the month. :D If I can keep going with more than 1k a day, anyway. XD:;
