Writers fish for the right words like fishermen fish for, um,
whatever those aquatic creatures with fins and gills are called.
― Jarod Kintz

Today’s word count is 30,006! And time for mini celebrations and "10k" prizes if you've got 'em. Mine is the two C's - chocolate and a chapter - a nice dark chocolate and a chapter (maybe two) of my current read - a little incentive to help reach for just a little more which can be hard after finishing a tough scene.
So how is everyone doing? Questions? Comments? Swedish Fish fans? It's all good, so keep writing Nano Writer!

Date: 2012-11-19 12:48 am (UTC)Overall wordcount for today is 25,370, which is pretty impressive considering I effectively cut 2000 words--in reality I just stopped counting some words I shouldn't have counted to start with. Still short, but that is way further than I expected to be after leaving it alone all week. Hopefully in the coming week I can stop leaving it alone and get really caught up.
Pretty sure 75k in the month is out of the question, but I think 75k in the story is perfectly plausible. O.o
